Harpeth
Law Group is the creation of three well-known and experienced
Middle Tennessee attorneys, who have formed one ofWilliamson
County's only all-female law firms. With offices in the
Grassland Community near Franklin, the firm includes Kristi
D. Earwood, Caitlin Noe Moon, and Christina Ferrell Daugherty.

Kristi Earwood's practice includes the
areas of Zoning, Planning and Land Use; Environmental Law;
Municipal Law; County Government Law; and Business Organizations.
She has worked previously at the firm of Buerger, Moseley & Carson,
PLC in Franklin, and was employed by the University of
Tennessee County Technical Assistance Service in 2001-2002.
Kristi currently represents Williamson County’s Regional Planning Commission,
Water and Wastewater Authority, Storm Water Appeals Board, Board of Health, Comprehensive
Plan Update Committee and the Zoning Ordinance Update Committee. She
also advises the Planning, Engineering, Storm Water and
Sewage Disposal Management Departments of the County.
Kristi previously served as a legal advisor to the Williamson
County Economic Development Council, Highway Commission,
Board of Zoning Appeals and Public Records Commission.
Caitlin Moon, a Tennessee Supreme Court listed mediator,
concentrates her practice on the areas of Wills and Estate
Planning; Real Estate and Construction Law; Business Organizations;
Zoning, Planning and Land Use; and General Civil Mediation.
Since graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, Moon has
been in private practice, providing will and estate planning
services, mediation and business-related legal services
to her clients. She formerly was associated with the firms
of Hale & Hale, PLC, in Franklin, and Dodson, Parker & Behm,
in Nashville. At both firms, she worked on real estate,
construction and property matters for clients across Middle
Tennessee. She has served as a court-approved mediator
since 2001, both as a mediator in litigated matters and
as a mediation advocate for her clients.
Christina Daugherty's experience encompasses a wide variety
of legal areas, including Criminal Law; General and Civil
Litigation; Domestic and Juvenile Law; Employment Law;
and Business Organizations.
Daugherty was previously an associate of Buerger, Moseley & Carson,
PLC, where she advised and represented the Williamson County
Codes Department, County Sheriff1s Department, County Highway
Department and the County Risk Management division. Daugherty
also represented the Williamson County School District
in various capacities. She was employed by the District
Attorney General's Office for the 20th Judicial District
in 2002-2004 and the District Attorney General's Office
for the 21st Judicial District in 2004-2005, which covers
Williamson, Perry and Lewis Counties.
